For providers
 Holistic wellness

Integrative,
not alternative

Your patients ask about acupuncture, nutrition, and “something natural.” Send them to physician-led integrative medicine that stays inside the evidence, reports back to you, and never replaces the care you provide.

About the word “holistic”

The word “holistic” has earned your suspicion. We hold the same suspicion.

Why this referral is safe

Alongside your care. Never instead of it

Integrative medicine works alongside conventional care, run by physicians. What we add is the layer a fifteen-minute visit can’t reach, reported back to you like any other consult.

Your care, unchanged

Stays with you
  • Diagnosis

Conventional diagnosis stays fully in place

  • Medications

We do not alter what you prescribe

  • Treatment plan

We never advise patients off conventional treatment

  • The relationship

    Your patient stays yours

The layer a short visit can’t reach

What we add
  • Sleep and nervous-system regulation

For the stress response that never stands down

  • Pain adjuncts

Medical acupuncture and trigger point injections

  • Nutrition

With a registered dietitian. Food, not supplement protocols.

  • Hormonal recovery

Including surgical menopause and oncologic treatment effects

What we offer

Six services. One physician-led plan

Each one sits inside a plan built at a full physician consultation, and each one reports back to you.

  1. 01

    Integrative medicine consultation

A full physician consultation across sleep, stress physiology, nutrition, and pain, with honest triage of what needs medical attention and what does not.

  2. 02

    Medical acupuncture & soundbed

Delivered by a physician trained in medical acupuncture. Strongest evidence in pain and nausea; offered for nervous-system regulation and recovery, and framed as exactly that.

  3. 03

    Trigger point injections

For taut, pain-generating muscle bands, as one component of a broader plan rather than a standalone fix.

  4. 04

    Functional nutrition

Consultation with a registered dietitian on post-surgical inflammation, hormonal health, and recovery nutrition. Food, not supplement protocols.

  5. 05

    Sleep & nervous-system regulation

For the patient whose stress response never stands down, before it becomes the illness you treat next year.

  6. 06

    Women’s health & hormonal recovery

Including surgical menopause, oophorectomy, and oncologic treatment effects, addressed explicitly rather than around.

Scope, stated plainly

What we do,
and what we refuse to

The gap between wellness and medicine is where patients get hurt. Here is exactly where we stand.

On offer

  • Physician-led integrative consultations, reported back to you

  • Medical acupuncture, trigger point injections, functional nutrition

  • Coordination with your existing plan, with patient consent

  • A plain “integrative care is not what you need” when that is true

Never on offer

  • IV vitamin drips, hormone optimization, longevity panels

  • Supplement sales. We profit from nothing we recommend.

  • Substituting for indicated conventional treatment, ever

  • Treating undiagnosed disease instead of sending it for a workup

When a patient needs a workup

They are referred for one, sometimes straight back to you. We would rather be the referral that made you look careful.

Who to refer

The patients you already have in mind

Six kinds of patients referring providers send us most.

A good fit

Refer
  • Chronic pain

That needs adjuncts beyond what you can prescribe

  • Oncology treatment side effects

    Nausea, fatigue, sleep collapse

  • Stress physiology and burnout

Before it becomes the illness you treat next year

  • Post-surgical recovery

Including hormonal recovery after oophorectomy or oncologic treatment

  • Patients asking for “natural options”

Better somewhere evidence-led than in the supplement aisle

  • The whole picture, unhurried

For the patient who needs someone to look at everything and report back

Every referral starts with a physician-led consultation, which tells the patient honestly if integrative care is not what they need.

Diagnostics first

Workup first
  • Red-flag symptoms
  • Undiagnosed disease

Sent for a workup first, sometimes straight back to you.

A poor fit

Not a fit
  • Seeking integrative care instead of indicated treatment
  • Expecting a cure we couldn’t honestly promise

We screen for this at consultation and tell you both directly.

You send the patient

Share contact information through the referral form or call us. That is the whole ask.

We assess and plan

A physician-led consultation builds the plan, and tells the patient honestly if integrative care isn’t what they need.

You stay informed

With patient consent, clinical summaries return to you. The diagnosis stays with you.

What it costs your patient

First consultation $399, follow-ups $375, each with a 30-minute acupuncture soundbed. Acupuncture add-ons are $150. Some consultations are covered; we verify benefits first and provide superbills.

Provider questions

What referring providers ask first

Who actually delivers the care?

Physicians and licensed clinicians. Integrative consultations are led by our physician trained in integrative medicine, palliative care, and medical acupuncture, with a registered dietitian for nutrition work. This is a medical practice with an integrative scope, not a wellness studio with a medical adviser.

Will you undermine my treatment plan?

No. We don’t alter medications you prescribe, we don’t advise patients off conventional treatment, and when a patient asks whether they can replace your care with ours, they hear a plain no. With consent, you receive clinical summaries, so nothing happens out of your view.

What does it cost, and does insurance apply?

Most integrative services are self-pay. The first consultation is $399 and follow-ups are $375, each with a 30-minute acupuncture soundbed session; acupuncture add-ons are $150. Some palliative and medical consultations are covered depending on the plan. We verify benefits before the patient books and provide superbills for out-of-network claims.

What will you not do?

IV vitamin drips, hormone optimization protocols, longevity panels, supplement sales, or treatment of undiagnosed disease. If a patient needs a workup, they are sent for one, sometimes back to you, rather than treated around the gap. We would rather be the referral that made you look careful.

Which patients are a poor fit?

Anyone seeking integrative care instead of indicated conventional treatment, patients with red-flag symptoms who need diagnostics first, and anyone whose expectation is a cure we couldn’t honestly promise. We screen for this at consultation and tell you, and them, directly.
