Founded by Dr. Amir Vokshoor, NSG focuses on minimally invasive brain and spine surgery, with particular expertise in spinal disc replacement and motion-preserving technologies.

Every plan is personal, but the shape stays the same. Here is what a patient traveling to Los Angeles for surgery can expect.
The timing, in short
When pre-operative ketamine is indicated, it is scheduled at least 48 hours before surgery, never the day before. After surgery, patients rest at least one day before treatment with us resumes.

Choose the surgeon and add any travel dates. Our clinical director takes it from there and builds the plan around the surgical date.

Tell us about your surgery and we will call you to plan your preparation and recovery with your surgical team.
We ask for the patient’s consent to talk with the NSG team at the start of every engagement, and we never change surgical or post-operative management without the surgeon’s knowledge.
